The electric bike is available in two models: Pro and Step-Thru. Both models have a durable 6061 Aluminum Alloy frame, ensuring a lightweight yet sturdy construction. The bikes are equipped with powerful mid-drive motors, with the Pro model featuring a Bafang 250W brushless mid-drive motor and the Step-Thru model powered by an Ananda 250W brushless mid-drive motor. These motors deliver smooth and efficient performance, with torque ratings of 65 N.m for the Pro and 70 N.m for the Step-Thru, making them suitable for various terrains.

The bikes have a top speed of 25 km/h and are fitted with 27.5 x 2.4 spoke tyres, providing excellent grip and stability. The 36V 19.2Ah SAMSUNG Lithium-ion battery offers an impressive range of up to 260 km on PAS level 1 and 150 km on PAS level 5, depending on usage. Charging the battery takes approximately 3-8 hours, with the exact time varying based on usage.

Both models feature 180mm front and rear Tektro hydraulic disc brakes for braking, ensuring reliable stopping power. The bikes are designed to handle inclines with a maximum climbing degree of 10°. The Pro model comes with a Bafang 3-level automatic gear shifter and a Gates carbon belt, while the Step-Thru model is equipped with a SHIMANO 9-speed transmission system and a SHIMANO 9-speed chain.

The Pro model features a Bafang TFT DP C244 display, and the Step-Thru model includes an Ananda TFT D18 display, providing riders with essential information and control. The bike weights are 25.3 kg (55.77 lbs) for the Pro and 25.6 kg (56.43 lbs) for the Step-Thru, with gross weights of 32.5 kg (71.65 lbs) and 33 kg (72.75 lbs), respectively.

In Stock Items: Once your order is confirmed, we will initiate shipping within the next 2 business days. Your item will begin shipping on the 3rd business day after confirmation.

Out of Stock Items: Items marked as out of stock have not been available for the past two weeks.

Delivery Details: Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and typically take 5-7 working days to arrive. Deliveries to remote areas and islands are not included. If you have special delivery requirements or need urgent shipping, please contact our customer service team when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Important: Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct and accessible when placing your order.

If your order is shipped via BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact the recipient twice by phone to schedule a delivery time.

Free Delivery Time Change (Call BJS at 01922 645 650): You must request a new delivery time at least one day before the originally scheduled time. For example, if your delivery is set for 1 PM today, you must reschedule before 1 PM yesterday.

Re-Delivery Costs: If the delivery person arrives at the agreed address and no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to the warehouse, and you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. To avoid this, you can ask a family member or neighbor to sign for the package. If you change the delivery time within 24 hours of the agreed slot, re-delivery fees will apply. For example, if your delivery is scheduled for 1 PM today, any changes made after 1 PM yesterday will incur a fee.

Can I make modifications to the bike myself, such as adjusting the brakes, chains, gears, or generators?
If you are not well-versed in the bike's performance, we advise against making any modifications on your own. If modifications are necessary, please reach out to our customer service team to confirm whether the changes are feasible.
