Out of Stock Items: Items marked as out of stock have not been available for the past two weeks.

Delivery Details: Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and typically take 5-7 working days to arrive. Deliveries to remote areas and islands are not included. If you have special delivery requirements or need urgent shipping, please contact our customer service team when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Important: Ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct and accessible when placing your order.

If your order is shipped via BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact the recipient twice by phone to schedule a delivery time.

Free Delivery Time Change (Call BJS at 01922 645 650): You must request a new delivery time at least one day before the originally scheduled time. For example, if your delivery is set for 1 PM today, you must reschedule before 1 PM yesterday.

Re-Delivery Costs: If the delivery person arrives at the agreed address and no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to the warehouse, and you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. To avoid this, you can ask a family member or neighbor to sign for the package. If you change the delivery time within 24 hours of the agreed slot, re-delivery fees will apply. For example, if your delivery is scheduled for 1 PM today, any changes made after 1 PM yesterday will incur a fee.

How Dual Batteries Operate
1. If a second battery is installed, a button located nearby allows you to toggle the second battery on or off.
2. When both batteries are activated simultaneously, the e-bike will draw power from both.
Note:The system prioritizes the battery with higher voltage and power. Once both batteries reach the same voltage and power level, they will discharge together.
For example: If one battery has a voltage and power level of 50 and the other is at 40, the system will first use the battery at 50. When it drops to 40, both batteries will work in tandem until fully depleted.

Troubleshooting the Throttle on the M20 E-Bike
If the throttle on your M20 does not rebound, follow these steps provided by our engineer:
1. Loosen the screw securing the throttle handle and gently pull it out slightly.
2. Create a small gap between the throttle handle and the brake shifter kit.
3. Rotate the throttle several times to ensure it can rebound properly.
4. Tighten the screw to secure the throttle handle in place.

If your second battery and e-bike were shipped separately, the battery mount will be included in the second battery's packaging.
